How to Use Your Preloaded Injection: A Step-by-Step Guide

Using your injection is simple once you know the steps. Your medication comes in a preloaded syringe, so you can follow the instructions below with confidence.

Step 1: Pick Your Injection Site

Choose an area where you can pinch fatty skin. The most common injection sites are:

Stomach
Stay at least two inches away from your belly button.

Some peptides, such as BPC-157 and Wolf Pack, may be injected closer to the area of concern or injury. Follow your doctor’s specific instructions for where to inject these peptides.

Step 2: Clean the Area

Wipe the injection site with an alcohol pad.

Let the area dry before injecting.

Step 3: Pinch the Fatty Skin

Gently pinch the fatty skin where you plan to inject.

Step 5: Insert the Needle

Insert the needle into the pinched fatty skin.

Step 6: Inject Slowly

Press the plunger down slowly until the syringe is empty.

Do not rush the injection.

Step 7: Remove the Needle

Pull the needle straight out of the skin.

Do not rub the injection area after removing the needle.

Step 8: Dispose of the Syringe

Place the used syringe directly into a sharps container.

Do not reuse the syringe.

Tips for a More Comfortable Injection

Let refrigerated medication sit out briefly before injecting.

Let the alcohol dry completely before inserting the needle.

Relax your stomach or thigh before injecting.

Inject slowly and steadily.

Rotate within the same general area. For example, if you inject in your stomach, switch between the left and right side of your stomach. If you inject in your thigh, alternate thighs.

How to Store & Handle Your Injections

Refrigerate upon arrival. Store your shots at 2–8°C / 36–46°F.

Never freeze. Do not use medication that has been frozen.

Take it out before injecting. Let the syringe sit at room temperature for a few minutes before injecting. This can make the injection more comfortable
